Favorite Pilates Exercise?: I like exercises that work the entire body. HUNDREDS is one of those exercises-cervical flexion, breath control, core engagement, arms and legs working simultaneously, and endurance.
What got you into Pilates?: I practiced Pilates for decades and decided to become an instructor to share my passion, impart the knowledge of what I have learned, help clients develop their own mind/body awareness, and challenge them to go beyond what they feel is possible.
