What Can I Expect from an Essential Class?

Whether you're building a new foundation or refining the basics, ESSENTIAL is designed to welcome you. These supportive, fundamental-focused classes are designed to help you move with confidence. You'll explore the essential principles of breath, alignment, core connection and controlled movement. Through a thoughtfully paced, full-body workout, you'll build strength, stability, flexibility and body awareness with an emphasis on precision and proper technique. Clear instruction and individualized modifications create an encouraging environment where you can develop the skills needed to progress in your Pilates practice.

Recommended for those new to the Reformer, clients returning to Pilates after a break, or anyone looking to refine and strengthen their understanding of the Pilates essentials.
 

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that complements any fitness routine. This low-impact class improves posture, balance, body awareness, and core strength while building the long, lean strength Pilates is known for.

Using your own body weight against gravity, you'll move through thoughtfully designed sequences that enhance strength, flexibility, coordination, stability, and endurance. Instructors provide modifications and progressions to support and challenge every participant.

Whether you're beginning your fitness journey, recovering from an injury, or looking to elevate athletic performance, Mat Pilates offers an effective workout.

Requirements: Beginner and experienced clients of all fitness levels.

Pilates Reformer

Our signature Pilates Reformer classes deliver a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and control. Blending classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement, this multi-level class improves posture, flexibility, coordination, and mind-body connection while sculpting and strengthening the entire body.

Expect precise movement, deep core engagement, and thoughtful programming that challenges both larger muscle groups and smaller stabilizing muscles—leaving you feeling stronger, energized, and more connected to your movement.

Requirements: Prior Pilates Reformer experience is recommended or clients must complete one complimentary introductory session before enrolling.

Pilates Restore & Recover

Restore balance to your body and mind with this rejuvenating Pilates-based class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. Through gentle movement, mindful stretching, breathwork, and recovery techniques, you'll release tension, increase range of motion, and support healthy movement patterns.

Pilates Mixed Equipment

Love the Reformer but looking for something different? This dynamic class combines the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Chair, along with additional Pilates-based equipment and props to deliver a challenging full-body workout that builds strength, stability, coordination and control. Experience the unique benefits of each apparatus through thoughtfully designed sequences that enhance flexibility, improve body awareness, and deepen your Pilates practice.

Expect variety, creativity, and precision as you work with multiple pieces of equipment to target the entire body from different angles, creating a well-rounded and highly effective training experience.

What Can I Expect from an Evolve Class?

Take your practice to the next level with EVOLVE. These dynamic intermediate classes are designed for clients who have a solid understanding of Pilates fundamentals and are ready for progression and creativity. Building upon the principles learned in Essential classes, EVOLVE introduces more complex movement patterns, increased coordination, balance challenges, and varied resistance options, encouraging clients to move with confidence, refine technique, and expand their skill set.

Recommended for clients who have progressed through the Level I ESSENTIAL classes or have prior Pilates experience and can safely perform foundational exercises with strong, consistent form.

This innovative fusion class combines the best of TRX suspension training and Pilates Reformer work for a challenging, full-body workout unlike anything else. Half of the class focuses on dynamic TRX strength and cardio intervals using body-weight resistance to build power, endurance, and stability. The second half transitions to the Reformer for precise Pilates-based movements that enhance control, alignment, flexibility, and core strength.

Together, these modalities create a balanced and highly effective training experience designed to develop strength, balance, coordination, and overall body awareness.

Designed for experienced clients ready to challenge strength, control and endurance, these classes deliver dynamic sequences, intricate movement patterns, and creative progressions that demand precision, balance, and full-body integration.

Classes move at a quicker pace and incorporate progressive movement to build power, stamina and confidence while refining techniques. Participants should have a strong understanding of any limitations and the ability to transition safely and efficiently between exercises.

Recommended for clients consistently practicing at the EVOLVE level who are comfortable with advanced movements and are ready to take their practice to the next level. (Not suitable for beginners or individuals with current injuries or physical limitations).

This full-body circuit class combines all of our Pilates equipment into one challenging, fast-paced training experience. Designed for experienced clients, this class rotates through a series of stations that may incorporate the Reformer, Jumpboard, TRX, Tower, Chair, and additional sculpting tools to build total-body strength, endurance, coordination, and control.

Each circuit is thoughtfully programmed to blend Pilates precision with strength and cardio-based intervals, keeping the body constantly engaged and the mind completely focused. Expect advanced sequencing, dynamic transitions, and layered progressions that challenge stability, elevate heart rate, and push muscular endurance to the next level.
