Our signature Empower Pilates Reformer class is for the Pilates Reformer lover - designed to help you discover your inner and outer by strengthening and toning the entire body. In this open level class, we fuse classical Pilates methods and teachings with contemporary and customized training techniques guaranteed to define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility, and mind-body connection. The thoughtful, intelligent, and efficient class design teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes a strong foundation for your health and fitness. Get ready for a complete and total body sculpting experience.

Do you love the Reformer but want a change of pace? In this class, you will experience a wide range of exercises utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair can provide. Instructors utilize these classic pieces of Pilates equipment to deliver a perfect synergy of strength, coordination, and stability. It won’t take long to feel a heightened sense of control, increased flexibility, and improved overall strength.
*Prior Pilates Reformer experience is a must. Not suitable for clients with injuries, issues or physical limitations.
Get ready to squat, lunge, hinge, bridge, push, pull and plank your way to a stronger you. This class is for everyone regardless of fitness or ability level. You will use a variety of props and equipment to increase strength, improve posture, and reduce the risk of falls and injury. You will focus on training your muscles to work together and develop overall flexibility, balance, core strength, endurance, and muscle tone.
*Multi level class suitable for beginner and experienced clients of all fitness levels.
This class is for the seasoned Pilates athlete who has mastered their movements on the Reformer. This rigorous class will challenge your strength, endurance and will power with every exercise. Moving at a faster pace, you will rev-up calorie burn, and explore the more choreographed and advanced exercises, testing your coordination and balance in multi-joint movements. You will sweat, your muscles will shake, and we will challenge you to work muscles you never even knew existed.

Fuse your favorite Reformer exercises with modern cardio intervals of Pilates jumpboard to increase coordination, strengthen muscles, and torch calories.
