Favorite Pilates Exercise?: I would say short spine and bridging. I love stretches that can lengthen the spine and really give you that full body stretch that is so important to our overall body posture and movement.
What got you into Pilates?: I started Pilates many years ago. A friend took me to a class, and I was hooked right away. As a former professional ice skater, it was the perfect workout for me. I just loved the exercises, movement and strength training you get with Pilates.
How long have you been an instructor?: Since 2023
Why do you love teaching at Move Studio?: I love the clients and other instructors at Move. It is such a friendly, positive and welcoming environment to all.
Describe your style of teaching: My goal is for everyone to walk away from my class feeling great. That they not only had fun, got a great workout, but they feel successful, accomplished and walking taller. I strive to make my classes adaptable for the seasoned athlete as well as the beginner.
