Favorite Pilates exercise: My favorite Pilates exercise would be either plank pike ups or bridging!

What got you into Pilates?: I have always loved all types of fitness classes, but after I tried Pilates for the first time with a friend, I was hooked! I loved how every class challenged my body in new ways but also allowed me to focus on alignment, flexibility, and strength all at once.

How long have you been an instructor?: July 2024

Why do you love teaching at Move Studio?: I love teaching at Move because the clients and fellow instructors create such an uplifting and supportive community! There is such a positive energy at Move and it makes teaching here such a rewarding experience.

Describe your style of teaching: My style of teaching focuses on building strength and endurance through longer, controlled movements that elevate the heart rate while maintaining proper form. I like to layer exercises to challenge clients at every level then finish with a big stretch to reward the hard work & leave everyone feeling strong, energized, and accomplished!
