Favorite Pilates exercise?: I LOVE TO BRIDGE!! All of my clients know that bridging will be part of their experience in my classes. Not only is it one of the best things you can do for your spine, but I love the core, leg and butt engagement you get in this challenging work.
What got you into Pilates?: Ballet. I spent most of my later childhood and adulthood doing mat Pilates before and after my ballet classes. I continued Pilates thru my pregnancies and love growing, learning and experiencing new methods within the work.
How long have you been an instructor?: This is my third year!
Why do you love teaching at Move Studio?: I love our clients, instructors, staff and vibe! I think it’s such a welcoming environment where we all have the goal of making sure our clients walk out of class feeling stronger, happy and taken care of.
Describe your style of teaching: I favor teaching a more athletic, full body class. I like to get my clients working; heart rate up a little and a maybe a sprinkle of “sparkle” appearing on the skin. I also like to provide clients will a rewarding stretch after all their effort.
