Are you new to Pilates and unsure where to start? Come in and try us out for free! In this 55 minute session, you will work one-on-one with an instructor for an overview of terminology, breath patterns, and movement on the Pilates equipment. Our Introductory Session is designed to give you a feel for Pilates, help you discover a comfortable exercise schedule and budget, and get to know Move Studio Pilates. At the same time, our instructors have the opportunity to see you move, learn about your strengths and weaknesses, and understand your fitness goals. We can then develop a personalized Pilates program that meets your needs and will help you experience the most profound results in the shortest amount of time.
A little one-on-one attention goes a long way. Our private Pilates sessions are the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect your Pilates performance. Guided by one of our expert instructors, you’ll receive undivided attention with a session customized entirely to your specific needs and goals. Maximize your time working on strength, injuries, or chronic issues. Increase your understanding of the various Pilates concepts and movements, while teaching you how to apply them to your body and your other activities. Private sessions are the best way to attain the ultimate Pilates results.
Our signature athletic reformer class strengthens and tones the entire body. By fusing the methods and teachings of the classical Pilates method with unique and focused training techniques, this open level class will define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. This class teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness. Get ready for 50 minutes of complete and total body exercise.
Suspension training supports all fitness levels and goals by letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, while developing strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. A set of nylon straps creates resistance from two sources always at our disposal: your body weight and gravity. Combined with cardio and mat Pilates, this class is a total workout! Please wear gym shoes.

Plus, moves can always be modified so you can work up to your own best level. Looking for a group class but need a different day or time than what we currently offer? Make your own! The best part is that everyone in the class is someone you know and enjoy spending time with–you'll have so much fun you will forget you're even exercising! These classes are great for groups of friends who are trying to get into shape together. How it works: You get together a small group of people (6 people max for reformer and TRX classes) and decide what type of class you would like, what day and what time works for all of you.
